Job summary

MedSpace Services is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to ensure safe hospital operations and reliable equipment performance. You will log activities, monitor systems, and support a clean, safe work environment on evenings in a full-time role.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical gas systems, and driving as required for company business. A minimum of two years’ experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, read schematics and blueprints.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provide for a safe working environment.
• Maintain and repair equipment including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
• Driving as needed for company business.
