Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least 17 years old.
• Must enroll or be enrolled in a Pharmacy Technician training program per state guidelines.
• Utah: Must apply for Pharmacy Technician Trainee License within four weeks of hire date and obtain within eight weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medication orders, receive prescriptions, complete required paperwork, assist with billing, stock medication, and deliver medication to patients.
• Supports patients, pharmacists, pharmacy students, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals in relevant areas of responsibility.
• Communicates effectively with all caregivers and stakeholders regarding responsibilities and identified concerns.
