Job summary
Providence Swedish is seeking a qualified pharmacy technician to support daily pharmacy operations at Swedish Ballard. Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, you will perform delegated tasks, assist with drug distribution and compounding, and maintain accurate records.
The role requires completion of an approved pharmacy technician training program and a Washington state pharmacy technician license at hire.
Qualifications
- Completion of an approved pharmacy technician training program.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacy Technician License.
- 6 months Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the practice of pharmacy under supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Perform delegated tasks and assist with drug distribution, compounding, record keeping and clerical activities.
