Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and compound sterile medications, including chemotherapy.
• Adhere to aseptic procedures when handling sterile hazardous and non-hazardous meds.
• Perform pharmaceutical calculations to verify dosages.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment per regulatory standards.
• Enter inpatient and outpatient orders, fill unit dose orders.
• Load and refill medications into automated dispensing systems.
• Maintain logs to ensure regulatory compliance.
