Job summary

Ideal candidates have hospital/retail/ambulatory infusion clinic experience and an AZ license (CPhT or ExCPT preferred). A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available; duties include inventory control and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; formal technician training preferred.
• 1 year pharmacy technician experience or completion of a technician training program; 3 years preferred.
• Current AZ State Board of Pharmacy license; CPhT or ExCPT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders in sterile and non-sterile forms.
• Operate automated dispensing machines (Lynx, Pyxis) and manage ADM processes.
• Assist with inventory management and supplier coordination; monitor expirations.
• Support IV room sterile compounding, ambulatory and retail pharmacy settings as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all state/federal pharmacy regulations and HonorHealth policies.
