Job summary

ProMedica is hiring a Pharmacy Technician II in Toledo, OH, for a per diem, variable shift role. You will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintain inventory and patient records, and process new orders with accurate labeling.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and an active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (or intern license with P1 status) or active Michigan license (or intern with P1).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications.
• Maintain drug inventory and patient records.
• Accept new orders from prescribers, enter information in the electronic record, and prepare/affix labels.
