Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Oklahoma Pharmacy Board Technician License in good standing required.
• 0–6 months experience in hospital or retail pharmacy or completion of Pharmacy Technician program.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy software, ADCs, unit-dose packaging and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivers medications ensuring secure handling until delivery.
• Medication verification by pharmacist prior to delivery.
• Stocking ADCs with standard and patient-specific meds using barcode tech.
• Stocking medication kits, boxes and trays for the hospital.
• Responds to calls and messages; assists pharmacy staff as needed.
• Performs non-sterile compounding per policy; sterile/hazardous compounding under supervision.
