Job summary

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to support daily operations in the pharmacy. You will replace Pyxis MedStation, manage narcotic stock, and assist in IV admixture prep, ensuring accurate documentation and dosing.

The role requires a Washington State Pharmacy Technician License and preferred certification, with hospital experience and medication reconciliation experience valued. Day shift, full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Board of Pharmacy Technician License.
• Successful Completion of National Pharmacy Technician Certification Program preferred.
• Experience with medication reconciliation preferred.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replace Pyxis MedStation and floor stock medication daily.
• Replace unit and procedural tackle box narcotic stock and verify documentation is complete and all narcotic doses accounted for.
• Assist in preparation of IV admixtures.
