Job summary

PIH Health Downey Hospital is seeking a pharmacy intern to perform non-judgmental medication preparation and dispensing under pharmacist supervision. You will maintain professional behavior and support efficient distribution of medications within the hospital pharmacy.

The role requires enrollment in an accredited pharmacy program, a California intern license, and strong English medical terminology knowledge. Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Must possess a California State Board of Pharmacy intern license.
• Proficient command of English language and knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology.
