Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Director of Pharmacy for a hospital in New Hampshire. The DOP will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure safe dispensing, and monitor inventory in line with policies and laws.

The role requires a Pharmacy Degree, pharmacist license (or ability to obtain), and at least 1 year of supervisory and hospital/home infusion experience. Shift is Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Degree required.
• Pharmacist license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital, clinic, and home infusion experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned personnel, development, and implementation of procedures.
• Manage pharmacy staff including hiring, training, leading, coaching, and evaluating.
• Accountable for implementation and adherence to the Performance Improvement program and ensures that the pharmacy complies with accreditation standards.
• Limit risk management and safety exposure in the pharmacy.
• Ensures that all pharmacy operations, practices and procedures meet all licensing and standards requirements established by local, state and federal agencies.
• Shift/Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 8a-5:30p.
