UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL is seeking a pharmacist to provide distributive and clinical services surrounding the preparation, delivery and administration of medications to inpatients.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited school or college of pharmacy, and Florida licensure or eligibility. A Pharm.D. degree and/or ASHP residency is highly preferred, with strong communication and collaborative skills across the health science center.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school or college of pharmacy.
• Pharm.D. degree and/or completion of ASHP residency is highly preferred.
• Hospital pharmacy practice experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide distributive and clinical services surrounding the preparation, delivery and administration of medications to inpatients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals to optimize medication therapy and safety.
