Qualifications

• Licensed NYS pharmacist with registration.
• Maintains professional competence through CE programs.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or Doctor of Pharmacy).
• PharmD or MS degree and/or completion of Pharmacy Residency Program may be used as a substitute for some experience.
• Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.
