Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required.
• 1–3 years hospital pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical services to patients, including selection, dosing, administration, and dispensing of medication orders.
• Support clinical programs and practices within the hospital; review medication orders for accuracy.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff; participate in quality improvement activities and drug information education.
• Ensure accurate documentation and secure handling of controlled substances.
