Responsabilités

• Knowledge of drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
• Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Instruct patients on drugs upon discharge.
• Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.

Formation

Pharm D or BS Pharm plus advanced degree or hospital pharmacy residency
