Hospital Pharmacist Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of general pharmacist experience
• At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Active Tennessee pharmacist license or compact license in hand at the time of submission
• Pharmacy degree and credentials required for practice as a pharmacist
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an inpatient hospital environment
• One professional reference required at the time of submission
• COVID-19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions may be considered according to applicable policy

Inpatient Pharmacist Responsibilities
