• Review medication profiles and identify potential therapy issues, interactions, or dosing concerns.
• Support overnight hospital pharmacy operations and ensure continuity of care during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate documentation and work efficiently within the Meditech system.
• Contribute to a dependable, patient-focused pharmacy service in a busy acute care hospital environment.
