Qualifications

• Demonstrated communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a multi-line phone system and access hospital paging system.

Responsabilités

• Assists patients with feeding, mobility, grooming, toileting, dressing and socializing.
• Educates patients and families as delegated by care providers.
• Collects and documents data related to direct patient care.
• Maintains a safe and clean patient care environment and assists with transport and clerical duties.
• Supports admits, discharges, and transfers per unit protocol.
• Monitors cardiac status and notifies staff of abnormal findings.
• Works rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
