PediaStaff is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a hospital-based rehabilitation team in Guymon, Oklahoma. This direct hire role offers PRN, part-time, or full-time options with competitive hourly pay of $38–$46 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain state licensure.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and high‑quality patient care.
• Experienced OTs are encouraged to apply, particularly those in hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide interventions that support functional independence, daily living skills, and safe participation in everyday activities.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation colleagues to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Assist with the development and improvement of therapy programs.
• Participate in staff education and in-service training.
• Support the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state regulations, as applicable.
