Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work hours as assigned and perform essential job functions.
• Active OT license in the state of practice required upon hire.
• Preferred 1–3 years of clinical patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver occupational therapy services.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Use activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals.
• Provide direct therapy in various clinical settings.
• Plan therapy aligned with patient, rehab, medical, and nursing plans.
• Prepare evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Communicate with patient, family, physicians, and team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
