Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist seeks an experienced PA or AGACNP to join our inpatient Hospital Medicine team in High Point, NC. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, specialists, and pharmacists to ensure safe and effective patient care during hospital stays and on discharge.

Responsibilities include independent patient assessments, care planning, orders, discharge planning, and family discussions.

Formación

• Current North Carolina Medical Board Medical License or NC NP license.
• Board certification as PA (NCCPA) or NP (Adult-Gerontology ACNP).
• Previous inpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently see patients and appropriately manage their care during shift.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Place orders and call consults as needed.
• Coordinate with Nursing Staff and Case Management.
• Develop discharge plans and participate in family discussions.
• Provide hand-off at shift change and participate in research projects.
• Uphold departmental missions and policies.
