Job summary

Mayo Clinic Hospital Internal Medicine in Jacksonville, FL is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a dynamic Hospital Medicine team. APPs provide authoritative medical care with substantial autonomy within interdisciplinary teams and be part of a robust care-delivery model.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience required.
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared, FL RN and APRN license, and certification as FNP, ANP, or ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduated from PA program, NCCPA certification and FL PA registration.

Responsibilities

Admit, transfer, and manage hospitalized and observation patients.
Perform comprehensive histories, physicals, and daily assessments.
Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic studies; formulate diagnoses.
