Baxter International Inc. is seeking a team-oriented individual to provide excellent customer service and manage equipment at Tampa General Hospital. The role supports inventory, delivery, and maintenance activities with a focus on safety and compliance.

Shifts are Thursday through Sunday with specific evening to overnight hours. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and have basic computer skills. Competitive hourly pay is offered along with Baxter benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General computer knowledge with Word, Excel, and Internet preferred.
• Hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
• Reliable and organized with ability to work in a team.
• Understand infection control guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Able to stand 6–8 hours per shift and lift a minimum of 60 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Move and maneuver medical products within healthcare facilities using proper safety techniques.
• Inventory, delivery, retrieval, and coordination of equipment.
• Proper utilization and maintenance of facilities and products.
• Assist with tracking and pulling assets for preventive maintenance.
• Identify safety concerns and communicate them to management.
