Job summary

Labcorp in Boston, MA is hiring a Phlebotomist for an inpatient role. You will perform venipuncture and specimen collection, delivering accurate results while providing exceptional patient service. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with one weekend per month, and travel to additional sites as needed.

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work an In-Patient/hospital role. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data

• Pay Range: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and 1 weekend per month

Job Responsibilities

• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous LabCorp experience
• In-Patient phlebotomy experience
• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience
• 2+ years Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy experience
