Overview

Hospital/Power Plant Mechanic IV is responsible for independently troubleshooting, repair, and sometimes replacement of all mechanical equipment and their associated systems in Carle facilities as well as fire protection and alarm systems and for performing preventive maintenance as required. The Mechanic IV should have the ability to lead and instruct Facilities Mechanics I, II and III in the absence of the Lead Mechanic. Should possess the ability to lay out work and conveys details via plans, drawings, sketches and oral instructions.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $25.5per hour - $42.59per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
