Job summary

Select Medical in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Materials Technician to support hospital supply chain and central services. This full-time position–hourly pay $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience–involves stocking, invoicing, and inventory control within a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will handle daily deliveries, process charges, reconcile invoices, maintain stock levels, and ensure accurate purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and 10 key are required.
• Five (5) years of experience as a Materials Tech is preferred.
• Experience in Materials and Central Supplies within a hospital preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock daily supplies and process daily deliveries.
• Process charges, invoice coding, and log charges for each department.
• Restock nursing stations below par level.
• Receive facility supplies and annotate quantities on purchase orders.
• Handle inventory, rotate stock, and maintain adequate levels.
• Review and reconcile invoices with packing slips and purchase orders.
• Verify invoice charges and ensure correct rates.
• Code invoice line items to GL accounts and reconcile POs.
• Ensure approval signatures are obtained before processing invoices.
