Job summary

Delray Medical Center Hospital in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a part-time warehouse associate to load/unload materials and assist with inventory for the General Stores on-site at the hospital.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, receive and deliver supplies, and support patient care through efficient materials handling. Prior health-care logistics experience is preferred; a valid vehicle license and safe driving history are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years warehouse distribution experience preferred; healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a minivan or larger transport truck.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and equipment in the warehouse.
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoist, conveyors or other handling equipment.
• Receive, issue and deliver supplies to the hospital.
• Assist General Stores with perpetual inventory on the IMMS Computer System.
