Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a Hospital Manager for Pewee Valley Veterinary Center to lead business operations and a patient-centered team. You will oversee the hospital P&L, manage labor costs, and drive inventory control while growing a cohesive culture across four DVMs and the Hospital Manager.

Ideal candidates bring proven P&L management, recruiting experience, and strong leadership with a focus on client and patient outcomes.

Our extensive services span Pet Wellness and Prevention, Surgery, Urgent Care, Testing and Diagnostics, and Advanced Care. A defining feature of our practice is our depth in advanced medical services, including Reproduction work encompassing PennHIP evaluation and Semen Storage Accounts. Pewee Valley Veterinary Center is rooted in Pewee Valley, Kentucky, a welcoming community where our team has served clients since 1971. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
