Five Points Animal Hospital in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced Hospital Manager to lead the team, oversee finances, and nurture a culture of excellence focused on client and patient care.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage the hospital's financial health, and drive a high-performing team while ensuring outstanding client experiences and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
