Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a hospital leader to champion a healthy, engaged culture and drive business results at our Birmingham-area hospital. You will own the P&L, guide team development, and oversee recruiting to build a high-performing staff dedicated to exceptional client service.

In this role you will lead with our WAG values, collaborate across teams, and ensure top-notch patient care while fostering a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a P&L and driving results.
• Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building teams.
• Strong leadership to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience in veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail settings is required.
