Job summary

The successful candidate will assist in maintenance tasks, follow safety procedures, and work as needed to support patient care standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; education/experience may be required.
• Previous hospital plant operations experience preferred; regulatory knowledge helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance when using own vehicle.
• May require flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and incident-specific maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety, infection control, OSHA compliance and risk management.
• Inspect electrical equipment and facilities for safety and reliability.
• Maintain hospital grounds and keep buildings clean and orderly.
• Follow blueprints and manuals for maintenance and repair projects.
