Job summary

UW Medical Center Northwest is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join the facilities team in Seattle. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across the hospital, move furniture, clean work areas, stock shelves and replace light bulbs, and assist senior tradespeople with troubleshooting and repairs.

This is a full-time role on the day shift. Working in a renowned teaching hospital, you will contribute to a safe patient care environment and support a team focused on reliability and service

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor maintenance and repairs throughout the hospital.
• Move furniture, clean work areas, stock shelves and replace light bulbs.
• Assists senior engineers, carpenters, painters and electricians with troubleshooting and repairs.
