Job summary

Prime Healthcares Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, GA seeks a Hospital Maintenance Painter to keep patient areas clean, safe, and welcoming. You will paint, patch walls, and perform surface prep across the facility, following infection-control standards.

The role is full-time, dayshift, with hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; HS diploma required and healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Healthcare facility painting experience preferred.
  • Valid state drivers license required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, patch, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces.
  • Perform drywall repairs, touch-ups, and routine cosmetic maintenance throughout the facility.
  • Match paint colors and finish to maintain a consistent, professional appearance.
  • Follow hospital safety, infection-prevention, and work-area cleanliness requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Facilities team while minimizing disruption to patients and hospital operations.

We are seeking aHospital Maintenance Painter,sometimes referred to as aFacilities Painter.TheHospital Maintenance Painterwillhelpmaintaina clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. In this role,you’llperform painting, wall repairs, and surface preparation throughout the hospital while following safety and infection-control standards.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

  • Prepare, patch, sand, prime, and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces.

  • Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
  • Valid current state driver's license
  • Minimum 0-1 years healthcare experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
