Job summary

AHMC-Anaheim Regional Medical Center is seeking healthcare facilities maintenance staff to perform complex maintenance and repair on the hospital's physical plant, equipment, buildings and properties. Duties include mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or HVAC work.

The role requires five years of related experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of five year's experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, painting, or HVAC.
• Must have demonstrated experience or license in one or more of the listed areas.
• Working knowledge of mechanical hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex maintenance and repair for hospital facilities, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting or HVAC work.
• Operates and maintains boilers and auxiliaries for hot water and steam supply.
• Supports AHMC-Anaheim Regional Medical Center’s mission and performance improvement initiatives.
