Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a dependable Delivery Associate to transport and return linen carts for hospitals and clinics in the Madison area. You will load and unload your truck, maintain records, and ensure clean, on-time delivery with professional customer service.

Applicants must hold a CDL A or B with Air Brakes, have a clean DOT record, and be able to work independently on scheduled routes; background checks are required and safety comes first.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with Air Brakes required; pay varies by licensing.
• Current DOT abstract with a good driving record; background check required.
• Positive 'can do' attitude; alert and detail oriented.
• Must be able to load and unload your own truck and ensure load is secure.
• Great sense of direction; learn scheduled and alternate routes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver carts of clean linen to hospitals and medical clinics in and around Madison, Janesville, and Rockford.
• Pick up their soiled linen carts.
• Deliver to the customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the customers.
• Take inventory at some customer locations.
• Maintain required daily paperwork.
• Perform a daily visual inspection of the truck and equipment.
• Schedule varies by route and day.
