Job summary

Evercare is seeking a Hospital Liaison to build and maintain relationships with hospitals, driving referrals and admissions to skilled nursing facilities.

You will manage key hospital accounts, coordinate the admissions process, and support monthly sales strategies with the admissions team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with familiarity in EHR systems.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (long-term care preferred).
  • Licensed Nurse Preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems.
