Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Supervisor Hospital Laboratory for a community hospital in southeastern Georgia. You will lead daily inpatient lab operations, ensuring accurate, timely testing and regulatory readiness, while guiding a diverse team of scientists, technicians, and phlebotomy staff.

Reporting to hospital leadership, you will oversee staffing, quality assurance, supply coordination, and process improvements to enhance patient care.

Formación

• Must have leadership experience in hospital or clinical lab settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems.
• Experience with staffing, workflow optimization and patient‑focused care.
