Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Attleboro, MA, is seeking a Laboratory Technician/Technologist with 1–3 years of hospital experience. The role supports routine and high complexity testing across age groups, with venipuncture as needed and potential off-shift/ weekend assignments.

The position requires AS/Medical Technology training, MT/MLT licensure (ASCP/NCA or equivalent) and strong English communication. Sign-on bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to three years’ experience as a laboratory technician or technologist in a hospital setting.
• Meets training requirements for high complexity testing per Federal Regulations.
• Must be able to perform specimen collection by venipuncture as required.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and highly complex laboratory analysis on neonatal, pediatric, adult and/or geriatric patients.
• Provide quality control and verify results under supervision.
