Sodexo is seeking a Utility Worker at UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS SAMARITAN MEDICAL CENTER. You will support kitchen and facility operations by cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing food production and service areas, with a focus on dishes, surfaces, and equipment.

This part-time role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, no prior related experience, and offers flexible shifts, paid time off, medical and 401k options, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for training and advancement within

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.
• No related work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Clean equipment using chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, cleaning materials).
• Stand and walk for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Attend shifts on time; perform other duties as assigned.
