Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organize daily operational duties and utilize staff efficiently.
• Check completeness of employee job assignments and tasks.
• Provide training on customer service, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Perform kitchen duties as needed by staffing levels.
• Regularly inspect equipment to ensure proper operation.
• May participate in new employee orientation.
• Collaborate with staff on goals for customer service, food costs and HACCP.
