Job summary

Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is seeking a friendly, team-oriented Dishwasher to maintain a clean and organized hospital cafeteria kitchen. You will sanitize pots, pans, utensils, and equipment, and assist with stocking and inventory to keep the dining area safe and orderly.

Shifts are available day/evening/night with full-time status. You must be 18+, fluent in English, and comply with health and safety policies; physical tasks include standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and occasional heavy

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom.
• Put away deliveries, label and date products, and break down boxes.
• Stock and monitor towels and soap dispensers throughout the shift.
• Clean and return all kitchen equipment and serving ware in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain a 3-compartment sink and dish machine.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and spot clean floors and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor and empty trash cans.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
