• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portioning and serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and as directed.
• Assists with ordering and receiving of food and supplies as needed.
• Follows HACCP standards and food safety procedures.
• Attends safety meetings and communicates maintenance needs.
• Works collaboratively with team to ensure on-time meal production.
