Qualifications

• 1-5 years of healthcare, insurance verification, medical records, or related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Insurance Verification staff.
• Monitor daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports, track data, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service.
• Provide staffing coverage as needed and assist with departmental projects.

This working supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting revenue cycle operations.
