Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of an acceptable apprentice program at a vocational/technical school is required.
  • Possess proper NJ licenses or certificates related to the skill.
  • Must have a New Jersey driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-call maintenance coverage for repairs and emergencies.
  • Assist electricians with troubleshooting and repairs; install new electrical service.
  • Perform routine electrical repairs and general carpentry tasks.
  • Repair and install plumbing fixtures and HVAC-related components.
  • Maintain and inspect non-clinical hospital equipment for safety and function.
  • Deliver timely building services to staff, patients, and visitors.
