Qualifications

• Certification or experience in HVAC systems maintenance.
• Experience with building automation or DDC controls is preferred.
• Knowledge of life safety and ventilation systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Maintain water movement and chilled water systems and associated piping.
• Monitor and service life safety, air handling and building automation controls.
• Respond to weekend and after-hours service calls as needed.
