Responsibilities

• Maintain boilers, air handling systems, emergency generators and closed-loop systems.
• Perform safety testing for mechanical systems as required.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance per work orders.
• Accurately document work and maintain a 95% work order completion rate.
• Report abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Cover vacation, sick, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Read and understand schematics, blueprints and codes for equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair air handling equipment per manuals.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly after tasks.
