Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in housekeeping work directly related to the job.
• Documented experience in hospital, commercial, or industrial cleaning environments preferred.
• Must be able to walk long distances and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices, bathrooms, lobbies, and common areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, buff floors, and shampoo carpets.
• Clean ceilings, walls, vents, and light fixtures.
• Sanitize hard surfaces using hospital-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Lead a small team of housekeepers in an assigned area.
• Act as supervisor when Housekeeping Supervisor is absent.
