Grace Cottage Hospital is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness and infection control across inpatient, outpatient, and common areas. Responsibilities include dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry tasks, and linen handling. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures.

Education: high school diploma; prior cleaning experience preferred. Knowledge of infection control is a plus.

Qualificações

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Cleaning experience preferred.
• Infection control knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Keep areas free of dust and debris.
• Clean and disinfect per policies for all areas.
• Document completed tasks and explain incomplete ones when needed.
• Clean bathrooms, sinks, surfaces, and floors.
• Monitor supplies and replenish as needed.
• Handle spills and housekeeping emergencies.
• Operate floor scrubber, carpet shampooer, buffer with training.
• Laundry duties: collect, deliver, wash, dry and fold linen.
• Assist in reporting safety concerns to relevant department.
