Job summary

Valley Health is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Floor Crew member to support patient care areas, surgical spaces, and administrative suites in Winchester. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks, maintain a safe environment, and assist with stock and supplies, contributing to a clean, healthy facility.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma (preferred) and prior institutional housekeeping experience. The position is non-exempt, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in an institutional setting is preferred.
• Ability to read and write and follow oral/written instructions; follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and floor care tasks, including between-case surgical cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for staff, visitors, and patients.
• Maintain stock and supplies for the department.
• Provide other support to the department as needed.
