Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for full time and part time HOUSEKEEPER positions at Ascension St Vincent Women and Infant Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. This role includes light cleaning, bed making, linen replenishment, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Eligible applicants have prior customer service experience preferred and will receive comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to train for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
