Responsibilities

Provides quality customer service to customers with detailed attention.
Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
Responds to guest queries and requests.
Contributes to team efforts; maintains professionalism.
